REQUIRED to rent any of the Motor Homes.
Minimum Rental Periods:
Winter, Spring and Fall Seasons - 3 Night Minimum
Summer Season and All Holidays - 5 Night Minimum
Mileage charges for 26', 30', 32', and 35'
units are as follows:
Tier 1
Mileage: The first 100 miles are free with each rental night
Tier 2 Mileage: 101 - 200 miles per night are charged at
$.32 cents
each
Tier 3 Mileage: 201 - 300 miles per night are charged at $.69 cents
each
Tier 4 Mileage: 301 + miles per night are charged at $1.39 cents each
Mileage charges for 38' units are as follows:
Tier 1 Mileage: The first 100 miles are free with each rental night
Tier 2 Mileage: 101 - 200 miles per night are charged at
$.39 cents
each
Tier 3 Mileage: 201 - 300 miles per night are charged at $.89 cents
each
Tier 4 Mileage: 301 + miles per night are charged at $1.49
cents each
Starter Kit
(mandatory on all units):
$85.00 (26' - 32' units)
$125.00 (35' -
38' units)
*includes exterior cleaning, all toilet
chemicals, all toilet tissue, hoses, connectors, adaptors, and 1 hour orientation on how to use
the RV.
Towing:
Towing is allowed on select units. There is a one time charge of
$95.00. Please contact the rental office for allowable weights, etc.
when towing.
Generator:
The rental includes 4 hours of generator use free with each rental
night. Any additional use is charged at $3.00 per hour.
Prepaid Cleaning Option:
The renter may choose the Prepaid Cleaning Option prior to
departure. This service includes the
dumping and sanitizing of the black and gray holding tanks, interior cleaning of
the RV, and propane tank refill. The cost is as follows:
$95.00 (26' - 32' units)
$125.00 (35' units)
$165.00 (38' units)
Rental
Insurance:
Insurance must be provided by the renter through their own auto insurance
carrier OR purchased directly through our insurance provider. Please visit the Rental Insurance Page for more details.
Reservation Deposit:
20% of the total rental price ($250.00 minimum), which is
applied toward the rental balance. This deposit is refundable up to
45 days of departure. A $45.00 administrative and processing fee applies to all cancellations.
Security Deposit:
$2,500.00 (26' - 32' units)
$2,500.00 (35' - 38' units)
The Security Deposit is refunded to the renter within 5 business days of RV return as long as there is no damage to the unit.
Pick up / Return Times:
Pick up times are between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the
departure date, by appointment. The RV's are due back by 12:00 PM on
the return date. A fee of $25.00 per hour applies to all late
returns and early pick ups.
Pets:
Sorry, but we do NOT allow pets in any of our units.
Smoking:
Sorry, but we do NOT allow smoking in any of our units.
Mexico:
Sorry, but we do NOT allow travel into Mexico
with any of our units.
